Status: 🟡 On Track (Phase 2 in execution)
- Phase 1 is completed and stabilized
- Phase 2 development is in progress, focusing on sales workflows, collections, and payments
- UAT and bug-fix periods are now explicitly planned per phase to reduce Go-Live risk
- Overall Go-Live target remains late April 2026, subject to phase validation
