📚 ALT Platform – Unified WE/MWE Mobile App Deliverables Roadmap


Delivery Model:

  • Internal cadence: 2-week sprints
  • Client delivery: Packaged release every 1 month (2 sprints = 1 delivery)
  • App scope: One app for Women Entrepreneurs (WE) and Middle Women Entrepreneurs (MWE).
    • WEs use core features (sales, customers, inventory).
    • MWEs access advanced supervisory features (commissions, team oversight, recruitment, surveys).

🚀 Phase 1 (Oct 1 â€“ Oct 30, 2025)

Focus: Foundations & Core WE Operations

  • Login & Authentication (PIN/ID)
  • Contact Management (create, validations, de-duplication)
  • Catalogue browsing (categories, product cards, warranty) 
  • Inventory view (stock list, stock value)
  • Get Product (capital used & limit validation)
  • Returns with batch selection & capital recalculation

Client Delivery (Nov 3):

  • WE-ready app foundation

🚀 Phase 2 (Nov 3 – Dec 5, 2025)

Focus: Financial Flows and Offline Capability (WE)

  • Offline Readiness 
  • Offline queueing (orders, collections, returns)
  • Sales Process Flow (Cash / Credit)
  • Collections (partial payments, over-collection validation, history)
  • Payment to ALT
  • Sales Order Listing (search, sales, receivables, status) 

Client Delivery (Dec 8):

  • WE app extended with financial flows and Sales Order Flow with offline
  • ALT Team should be able to test Odoo backend System

🚀 Phase 3 (Dec 8 â€“ Dec 24, 2025)

Focus: Inventory Ops & MWE Oversight  

  • Income
  • Promotions & Coupon flows
  • MWE Features: SO List of WE team + team receivables summary, Commission tracking, validation of WE orders, payment reception confirmations
  • Advanced Dashboard (6-month overview, team KPIs roll-up)

Client Delivery (Dec 30):

  • Full WE flows (inventory + promos)
  • Expanded MWE features (commissions + dashboards)

🚀 Phase 4 (Jan 2026)

Focus: Activities, Surveys 

  • Survey assignment & completion with rewards
  • Recruitment & Sale Support activity reports (MWE only)
  • Yearly overview dashboards (sales, capital, margins, late payments) 
  • Enhanced security (PIN session, device lock, audit logs)

Client Delivery (Jan 31, 2026):

  • Pilot-ready unified app (WE + MWE features)
  • ALT internal UAT

🚀 Phase 5 (Feb 2026)

Focus: Finalization & Go-Live

  • Bug fixes & performance optimization
  • User training & UAT feedback integration
  • Final deployment package

Client Delivery (Mid-Feb 2026):

  • Unified WE/MWE app Go-Live


Timeline

Previous Timeline (Monolithic Development):

  • Broad blocks only (UI/UX → Development → Integration → UAT → Go-Live)
  • Development treated as one long block (Sep–Nov 2025)
  • Limited checkpoints, risk of late feedback
  • Go-Live initially Dec/Jan, later shifted to mid-Feb 2026

New Timeline (Phased Deliverables):

  • Five phases with monthly deliverables
  • Clear feature sets per phase (WE first, then MWE features)
  • ALT validates at each phase, reducing risk
  • Still aligned to mid-Feb 2026 Go-Live target
